Who you are…

Based in Singapore, as a Senior Manager APAC – Customer Value – Banking & FSI reporting to Global Head of The Customer Value Team which brings business value and return on investment to the forefront of our client’s sales activities, you are currently a Big 5  +  (EY, Deloitte, Accenture, PWC, KPMG, BCG, McKinsey, Bain or similar) Manager to Senior Manager to Principal Consultant level in their Financial Services Industry supporting Banks and/or FINTECH or you are currently in a Business Consultancy and/or Pre-Sales role in organizations such as Temenos, MISYS, Oracle FSS, TCS Financial Services, FIS, x-Sungard, Murex directV or similar with client facing with a strong analytical mind and commercial focus.

You have close to expert level Financial Services Industry / Banking Technology knowledge, you know how applications, solutions and technology can best help make the bank more competitive. You are no stranger to banking solution landscape and up to date with the latest developments in the area.

Your consulting, financial, entrepreneurial, analytical and persuasive skills are second to none and your knowledge and expertise are sought after by FSI.

You are used to presenting to and working with C and Executive levels of the banks but your hands on detailed approach and team work mentality often see you welcome by the floor levels of your clients to cooperate with you.

You have over 5 years of experience in relevant areas especially in business case creation and quantitative analysis for FSI/FINTECH/BANKING TECHNOLOGY. Asia experience and a second Asian language as well as Singaporeans and Singapore PRs are strongly preferred.

Your business unit within our client, CVT is a group of business case experts who work directly with clients in live deals to analyse and quantify the value that our client solutions can bring. The team functions essentially as a consulting group, creating strategic content that is delivered to senior executives within client organizations to drive a value-based approach and to increase win rates and deal values for our client.

You will be reporting to the Global Head based in Europe; she is well respected people friendly, strong driver, enjoys team work and rewards the value adding professional and the winner who is clearly you.

As a Customer Value Specialist, some of your other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

·       Conducting bespoke ROI analyses with and for key clients and prospects (of our client)

·       Creating reusable qualitative and quantitative analysis content, such as tools and messaging

·       Working with sales teams to bring a value focus to the sales process and across all designated strategic deals

·       Value Quantification

·       Identifying areas of improvement for the customers of our client relevant to our customers offerings; improving the image and reputation of our client in the FINTECH as a value add and SME, a leader in innovation
