BASE LOCATION: MANILA OR HANOI OR SINGAPORE
Manila or Hanoi Based to handle both territories; open to Singapore location provided that experience is gained in selling to Philippines and Vietnam Banking / FSI.
“Hunter” Sales Specialist for Digital Front Office / Digital Banking role – the successful candidate works as an Individual Contributor and reports to the Regional Sales Team which goes to clients and provides subject matter expertise knowledge and experience for Digital Banking. (S)he will prospect the Philippine and Vietnam markets, identify leads, knows which bank is doing what in the market very well, also can predict the future of banking and devise the roadmap.
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of navigating financial institutions and the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly. Multiple years of exceeding quota at other sales organizations is a must
- Working with sales professionals to position the Digital Front Office/ Banking (omni channel, web, internet banking, mobile banking and similar) solutions in the market
- Working as a member of a sales team to sell assigned Digital Front Office / Banking to identified key accounts.
- Demonstrating SME level Banking Solutions / Products knowledge including markets and competitive intelligence.
- Preparing and presenting proposals to clients including negotiating, structuring and closing deals.
- Introduce prospective customers to Digital Front Office/Banking concepts, norms and industry standards. Draft term sheets and provide customer-facing analysis demonstrating value of our client’s solution.
- Help position our client in the market as a leading vendor in terms of FSI Digital Banking Engagement Platforms.
- Consult and support your customers in the use of our client’s Digital Front Office / Banking Solution
- Initiating contact with prospective customers to sell the products and services.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- H U N T E R
- 10 + years of experience in sales to FSI / Banking industry, with at least 5 years specializing in Digital Banking/Digital Front Office Solutions; having sold on the omnichannel approach for web-front, digital, mobile banking solutions to the Philippines and Vietnam markets
- Ability to lead complex and long sales engagements where appropriate and to generate sales from new business and major/strategic accounts.
- Excellent knowledge of Digital Collaboration and Customer On-boarding and solutions
- Well versed in Open API and Digital Banking Engagement Platforms
- Mandatory: Domain specialists on Digital Front End/Banking solutions
- Strong business knowledge on DIGITAL BANKING solutions & technologies
- Solid understanding of interoperability issues and the strengths and weaknesses of platforms and products, and able to provide a trusted voice at the decision-making table
- Strong commercial awareness, excellent client facing and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills to determine client business needs and requirements
- Willing to travel
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
Sales professionals with Backbase or Mulesoft experience are especially encouraged to apply.
