Sales Specialist – Banking Solutions is a consulting role – the successful candidate works with the Sales Team goes to clients with them and provides subject matter expertise knowledge and experience. (S)he will prospect the APAC market, identify leads, knows which bank is doing what in the market very well, also can predict the future of banking solutions and devise the roadmap
- Working with sales professionals to position the BANKING solutions in the market
- Initiating contact with prospective customers to sell the products and/or services.
- Maintaining network of prospects.
- Working as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts.
- Demonstrating product knowledge including various solutions, markets and competitive intelligence.
- Preparing and presenting proposals to clients
- Negotiating, structuring and closing deals
- Assisting in the development of sales plans and strategies.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- 8 + years of experience as a sales specialist in FinTech industry, especially in Core Banking Solutions
- Mandatory: Domain specialists on BANKING solutions
- Strong business knowledge on BANKING solutions & technologies
- Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid decision-making and problem-solving skill
- Excellent analytical skills to determine client business needs and requirements
- Strong commercial awareness, excellent client facing and interpersonal skills
- Established track record of involvement in industry trade groups preferred
- Willing to travel
